Clinical efficacy · Botanical calm

Skincare that works without the fight.

Proven actives, buffered with Madagascar Centella. Made for skin that's tired of stinging, redness and tightness — and introduced through the doctors you already trust.

Arriving in dermatology and aesthetic clinics in Kerala, 2027.

Why bare

Your skin isn't difficult. It's been overworked.

01

Higher isn't better

Stronger percentages and stacked acids promise faster results. For many people, they bring stinging and flare-ups instead.

02

Stinging isn't “working”

A burning feeling after a serum is a signal to slow down, not proof that a product is doing its job.

03

Comfort comes first

Skin that feels calm and comfortable is in a better place for every other step of a routine. That's where bare starts.

Our philosophy

SoftScience. Efficacy and gentleness aren't opposites.

Every bare formula follows one rule: a well-studied active is always paired with a calming botanical. The active does the work. The botanical keeps the skin comfortable while it happens.

  • Gentle efficacy. Gold-standard actives at levels skin can live with.
  • Botanical precision. Centella Asiatica sourced from Madagascar, in every formula.
  • Clinically trusted. Introduced by dermatologists before it ever reaches a feed.
  • Calm by design. Apothecary aluminium tubes, soft-touch matte, nothing loud.

The launch routine

Four steps. Nothing extra.

A routine, not a catalogue. Each formula is numbered like an apothecary prescription, and each one is built to sit comfortably next to the others.

Inside the formula

Three ingredients you'll hear a lot about.

We'd rather explain a few ingredients properly than list fifty. Here's what sits at the centre of the bare routine, and why.

The signature botanical

Madagascar Centella Asiatica

A plant long used in skincare for its soothing, comforting feel. We source ours from Madagascar and put it in every bare formula — it's the “soft” in SoftScience.

The tone balancer

Niacinamide

One of the best-studied skincare actives, known for helping skin look more even and less oily. Too much can sting some skins, so we buffer it with centella.

The barrier builder

Ceramide complex

Ceramides are lipids naturally found in the skin's outer layer. Topped up in a cream, they help skin hold on to moisture and feel comfortable again.

Our promise

Every claim is checkable.

If we can't show you the percentage, the test or the source, we won't say it. No miracle words, no filtered before-and-afters, no “chemical-free”.

  • 01

    Full ingredient lists

Every ingredient, in order, on the pack and on this site.

  • 02

    Percentages on the label

Know exactly how much of each key active you're putting on your skin.

  • 03

    Tested before it's told

Independent safety and suitability testing on each formula before launch, with summaries shared openly.

  • 04

    Traceable centella

    Madagascar origin, documented from source.

Packaging

Apothecary tube. Clinical calm.

Aluminium tubes protect formulas from air and light, squeeze out the last drop, and are widely recyclable. A soft-touch matte finish, quiet colours and numbered formulas make the routine easy to follow — on a clinic shelf or your bathroom one.

For dermatology & aesthetic clinics

Recommended here first. On purpose.

bare launches through professional clinics before it goes anywhere else. We want the first person to recommend bare to be someone who has looked at your skin.

  • Doctor dossier — formulas, percentages, test summaries and sourcing.
  • Post-procedure routines you can hand to patients after peels, laser or acne treatments.
  • Testers, counter display and patient take-home cards.
  • A clear retail margin for your clinic, with easy reordering through our online clinic portal.
  • A rep who visits — stock checks, tester refreshes, staff training.

Pilot partner clinics in Trivandrum, Kochi and Kozhikode from early 2027.

Questions

Good to know.

When and where can I buy bare?

bare launches through partner dermatology and aesthetic clinics in Kerala in 2027, then online later that year. Join the list and we'll tell you as soon as a clinic near you stocks it.

Why clinics first?

Because the best person to recommend a skincare routine is someone who has actually looked at your skin. Starting in clinics also means our formulas get honest feedback from professionals before they reach everyone else.

Is bare suitable for sensitive skin?

Every formula is designed with reactive, easily irritated skin in mind. Everyone's skin is different, though — patch test any new product first, and if you have a skin condition, ask your dermatologist.

Is bare a medicine?

No. bare products are cosmetics. They're designed to care for, soothe and protect the skin — not to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. For that, please see a doctor.

What is SoftScience?

It's our formulation rule: every proven active is paired with a calming botanical — in our case, Centella Asiatica from Madagascar — so you get results without the fight.

Is haircare coming too?

Yes. A bare haircare line built on the same SoftScience approach will follow the skincare launch, through the same partner clinics.
